1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 143ph and using the platform in any capacity — whether placing wagers, playing games, making deposits, or simply browsing the lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the platform. 143ph reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 143ph account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines at the time of registering and using the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an existing account on 143ph.
• You are not a self-excluded player or an individual subject to any applicable gaming restriction.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. Any false information — including incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your account credentials — email address and password — are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

143ph uses OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number as a second layer of account security. This OTP is required at registration, for password resets, and for certain sensitive account actions including specific withdrawal requests. You must not share your OTP with anyone — 143ph staff will never ask for it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 143ph support immediately through your account dashboard and change your password as soon as possible.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 143ph — deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank accounts via InstaPay and PESONet. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal channels.

Deposits are credited to your balance after standard payment processing. Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. The name on your receiving account (GCash, Maya, or bank) must exactly match your verified 143ph account name. Name mismatches will result in the withdrawal being held pending manual review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

143ph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By activating a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements — meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any minimum odds restrictions are detailed per offer.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including multi-accounting, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 143ph reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.
• No specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering multipliers are guaranteed in advance. All figures are communicated per individual offer.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 143ph and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

7 Responsible Gaming

143ph takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. Online gaming involves real financial risk, and there is no guarantee of any outcome. No win is certain, and players should never wager money they cannot afford to lose.

143ph provides deposit limit and self-exclusion tools within the platform for all account holders. These tools are available through your account dashboard and can be activated at any time. Once a self-exclusion period has been set, it cannot be reversed before the chosen duration expires.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

143ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period per the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate play will be handled in accordance with the specific circumstances of the closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard.

9 Limitation of Liability

143ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or external network issues may affect platform availability from time to time.

143ph is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any disputes regarding settled bets or game outcomes must be raised with support within 30 days of the event in question.

10 Changes to These Terms

143ph reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

Continued use of the 143ph platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
